Iron Circle Services – Where Customer Commitment Comes Full Circle
At Iron Circle Services in Three Rivers, Michigan, customer service isn’t just a priority—it’s the foundation. Since launching in 2012 around Steve Wright’s kitchen table, Iron Circle has grown from a bold vision into one of Southwest Michigan’s trusted ag irrigation resources. That vision was simple: take care of the growers who trust us, and success will follow.
Founders Steve Wright, Todd Kane, and Chad Wright saw a need for a more service-driven irrigation dealership after stepping away from another operation. With a small but dedicated team from their former dealership, they set out to build something different—something better. What started as a close-knit crew has evolved into a full-service Valley ® Irrigation dealership serving a large and diverse agricultural region.
A New Era with Valley Irrigation
Becoming an official Valley dealer in 2016 marked a transformative moment for Iron Circle. This milestone expanded their capabilities, allowing them to grow their team, broaden their product offerings, and move into a brand-new facility designed with growers in mind.

The new building features a specially designed Customer Welcome Area—a reflection of the dealership’s appreciation for its clients. Growers are greeted with fresh coffee, cold bottled water, snacks, and even complimentary ice cream. It’s a popular pit stop for those picking up parts or just needing a quick break during a long day in the field.
Trusted Experience, Proven Results
With more than 170 years of combined industry experience, the Iron Circle team understands the unique challenges of Southwest Michigan’s diverse ag landscape. From seed corn and potatoes to watermelons and other specialty crops, Iron Circle delivers customized solutions with Valley’s full suite of products and technologies.
The dealership supports a vast territory with over 6,000 center pivot systems and has installed more than 1,000 AgSense® remote telemetry units. Their growing adoption of Valley EnCompass™ technology shows a strong commitment to precision irrigation and data-driven decision-making.
Iron Circle’s leadership is also closely tied to the Valley community. Todd Kane has served on the Valley Dealer Advisory Council, while Tye Kane currently represents the dealership on the Valley Technology Dealer Advisory Council—helping bridge the gap between grower needs, product support, and ongoing innovation.
Technology That Makes a Difference
Valley’s ICON smart panels and the EnCompass Watering Solution for corner arms are instrumental in helping Iron Circle growers meet stringent water use regulations while optimizing crop health and conserving resources. With integrated solutions like pressure transducers and ICON® Link connectivity, growers can respond quickly to end-of-system pressure issues and fine-tune water application across every acre.
Valley’s AgSense and telemetry tools also help address a growing challenge: labor shortages. Remote management capabilities empower growers to monitor, forecast, and control their irrigation systems anytime, anywhere—saving time, effort, and operational costs.
Why Valley? Innovation and Support.
According to Iron Circle, what sets Valley apart isn’t just the technology—it’s the people. From GPS guidance to advanced water application and pumping solutions, Valley’s unmatched dealer support ensures that complex projects are backed by expert guidance every step of the way.
In 2023, Iron Circle’s dedication was honored with the Valley Pioneer Award, recognizing their leadership and outstanding service to their region. As Iron Circle continues to grow, one thing remains the same: their unwavering commitment to the growers they serve.
